Course Web Page: Course Objectives Astronomy 890 is a Topical Seminar Course. In Spring 2008 the topic will be Astronomical Instrumentation. The goal of the seminar is to provide a sufficient background in modern instrumentation to become a better observer, as well as teach the tools one would need to turn a science case into an instrument concept.
