Laws With Age Restrictions: One cannot gamble or purchase a firearm until 21. One cannot serve in the House of Representatives until 25. One cannot run for president until 35. One cannot rent a room until 21. One cannot rent a car until 21 (Avis, Budget, Dollar*, Hertz*) or 25 (Alamo, Enterprise).

One of the factors that made binge drinking less likely was being located in the United States.” Jacobson, I. G., Ryan, M. A. K., Hopper, T. I., Smith T. C., et al. (2008, August 13).
