Professional Introduction Collapse One of the most influential classes I have ever taken was psychology. As a psychology major in undergrad, I had the privilege of learning about the human mind and development. Through my studies the instructor often focused on child development and learning. It is my belief that the educational learning is a not only beneficial for higher education, but also mental stimulation and development. According to Robert Feldman, “by the end of preschool years, most children easily solve false belief problems and are able to come up with explanations for how others think” (Feldman, 2014). Although this psychology class was complexed at times, it did have its perks. Not only did I learn the parts of the brain, I also learned the functions as well. Being a Psychology major makes you have an entirely different outlook on life. Dr. Arnold whom was my instructor believed in independent studies. Often times he would give us a prompt at the beginning of class and would have to come together as a whole and act it out.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
