Give examples of the primary and secondary groups you are a part of, as well as your experiencewith the three leadership styles (authoritarian, democratic, laissez-faire), and each type of formal organization (utilitarian, normative, and coercive). Which type of leadership style and organization are the best fit for you and how did the process of socialization influence the leadership style and type of organization you most identify with?Post: Posted 1The first primary group that I would be a part of because I see them all day 5 days a weekwould be the IT department that I work in, the next primary group I would be a part of would include my wife and my friends. Some secondary groups that I would be a part of would be the soccer team I play for, some of my family members, and any friends from my childhood that I occasionally see. Working in the food pantry at the church the wife and I attend is an example of where I experience normative organization model. Mainly because this type of organization is controlled by moral commitments rather than the previous term which means controlled by threats. The leadership style that I believe is the best influence for me would be democratic leadership mainly because the group discuss all of the
