Case Study Whole Brain – MetastaticDiagnosis & Stage & GradeThis patient has been diagnosed with intracranial metastatic brain cancer. Patient had an MRIscan that indicated two new enhancing lesions in bilateral lobes with significant edema. No stageis indicated for this cancer.Medical HistoryThis patient has a history of follicular lymphoma, hyperlipidemia, HTM, idiopathic pulmonaryfibrosis, interstitial pneumonitis, low back pain, NSCLC, and pneumothorax. His father isdeceased with a history of Cardiovascular Disease, his mother is deceased from old age and hehas 4 sisters. One sister is deceased with unknown cause of death and he also has two sons andone daughter that are alive. His medications include Allopurinol, Dexamethasone, Anti-Diarrheal, Compazine, Ergocalciferol, Granisetron HCl, Imodium A-D, K-Phosphor, Nivolumab,Nitroglycerin, Tylenol, Percocet, Ondansetron, Magnesiumoxide, Sodium Chloride andPotassium Chloride ER 10.
