Case Study Whole Brain – Metastatic Diagnosis & Stage & Grade This patient has been diagnosed with intracranial metastatic brain cancer. Patient had an MRI scan that indicated two new enhancing lesions in bilateral lobes with significant edema. No stage is indicated for this cancer. Medical History This patient has a history of follicular lymphoma, hyperlipidemia, HTM, idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, interstitial pneumonitis, low back pain, NSCLC, and pneumothorax. His father is deceased with a history of Cardiovascular Disease, his mother is deceased from old age and he has 4 sisters. One sister is deceased with unknown cause of death and he also has two sons and one daughter that are alive. His medications include Allopurinol, Dexamethasone, Anti- Diarrheal, Compazine, Ergocalciferol, Granisetron HCl, Imodium A-D, K-Phosphor, Nivolumab, Nitroglycerin, Tylenol, Percocet, Ondansetron, Magnesiumoxide, Sodium Chloride and Potassium Chloride ER 10.
