Executive Summary: The inefficient Parking system is a problem that affects the students at San Diego State University. Although there are more than six large parking lots around the campus, about nighty percent of students complain they have been late to class because they cannot find parking in time. In other words, the parking structures closest to campus tend to fill up quickly, especially during the morning and the afternoon, when there is a high concentration of classes. Moreover, as SDSU attendance continues to grow in recent years, the parking on and around campus will only get worse. It is difficult for students to find a parking space during morning and afternoon, which result them late for class and affects their grade. Students are difficult to find a parking at SDSU because there is no way of telling whether the parking structures are full, there is too much faculty/ staff parking, there is a limited amount of student parking on event days.
