These organisms are modified using recombinant DNA. Recombinant DNA combines genes from organisms of different classes to establish a favoring trait. The advancement of biotechnology has allowed us to find the solutions to the many problems today. Genetically Modified Organisms will assist in solving world hunger by enhancing our crop’s resilience to disease, pests, and herbicides, increasing taste and quality and preserving soil. Malnutrition is a large issue in third world countries. Poor countries tend to concentrate on growing a specific crop.
