Unformatted text preview: Study Guide for Anthropology 008, Aztecs, Mayas and Inkas First Mid-term Examination Thursday Feb. 15, 2007 (exam given in 101 Thomas during normal class period). This exam is based on all course lectures given so far, the material posted on the web site, and the assigned readings in the Evans text. Content of the readings not included in lectures and/or the web site will not be on the exam. The format of the exam is a combination of multiple choice, fill-in-the-blank, matching and short answer definitions or descriptions (see syllabus for review). Remember that if material in readings is different from that presented in class and the web site, the latter content takes precedence. Below is a list of study questions, terms, concepts and issues that will help you organize your notes and prepare for the mid-term. All these have been included in lectures or web site and many are found in your Evans textbook. This study guide is precisely that - a guide- there is no guarantee that all the items below will be on the exam, nor that everything you should know is listed here.
