SWOT ANALYSIS The SWOT analysis is frequently use to recognize and review the characteristics of an or- ganization's setting (Renault, 2004). It is a necessary tool used to identify and evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in an organization. The Community Hospital has a capacity of 180 beds, and it takes care of patients with acute conditions. It is eligible as a nonprofit health facility. When it was established, the county government owned it. Three years ago, it's status was transferred, and now it is an independent facility. Agencies of the federal governments do not offer any form of financial aid for the health center’s operations. The Joint Commission was responsible for accrediting the hospital and it obtain reaccreditation during its triannual survey in the past year. The facility is renowned for its management program which enhances high quality at all times and has minimal cases of medical malpractice. The Commu- nity Hospital is located in Bedford City which has a population of 50,000 people while it's re- gional market service over 80,000 people. The hospital treats patients who suffer from acute conditions and it offer services such as rehabilitation, emergency, and surgical care. The facility’s president has asked me to assess the viability of establishing an urgent healthcare facility not lo- cated within Community Hospital's premises but at the local mall. The Present Hospital’s Performance Our Mission - To progress help by providing high-quality care through an all-inclusive range of services. Our Vision - Community Hospital and it's affiliates wants to be the healthcare provider of choice for physicians and patients. Our five-year vision is to create a large multi specialty
