Grades are based on a variety of assessments acknowledging that individuals have different learning styles. These assessments reflect the format and the content of the PARCC. The curriculum places special emphasis on providing students with varied opportunities to demonstrate mastery of content and development of skills. Therefore, importance is placed on individual progress when grading.
