HRM Diary Part 1 Charles Larry 1. Where do you work? I interviewed my fiancé she work at a childcare center 2. What is your job title and are you part time or full time, and how long have you been there? She is a lead teacher in Toddler class 3. Have you had to deal with the HR Department in your company? If it is a small business how was the paper work handled when you first got hired? When she was hired she did all of her paperwork with the Director. It is a small early childhood center attached to a church. 4. Have you had to deal with any of the topics mentioned in chapter 3 dealing with EEOC personally, or do you know someone (a loved one or friend) who has had to? If so, what has been the nature of complaint? I ask my fiancé if she had to deal with any of the issues that were talk about in chapter 3 and she told me that she had not had to deal with any of those issues Knock-on –wood. 5. If the answer to the above question is NO, then what are some possible EEOC issues you have observed that need to be dealt with at your place of employment?
