Having dynamic structures allows for quality decision making as well as timely communication of changes to all concerned departments. Some form of communication may include talking, writing and nonverbal communication. In this paper, I seek to conduct a study on10 individuals on issues relating to communication. The study will administer questionnaires to the indicated number of people. The purpose of the survey is to provide information on whether there exist communication gap between employees and leaders in the organization. The question will be administered through papers where the target group will provide answers to the questions.The focus will mainly be centered on the junior employees. Some of the characteristics of the junior staffs are that they mostly receive orders from the management; they are time sidelined in the decision-making process.

From the indicated points, it becomes evident that there exists a huge probability that the junior employees are affected by poor communication structures. It implies that they are not in a position to communicate their issues to the management. Nevertheless, the entire organization may be paralyzed. An example can be traced in a setting where there exist some disconnection between the management and the junior employees. The finding of the study will thus be used to pit out some of the areas that need to be improved. Some of the major highlights will include sources of information, channels of communication, timeliness of the information, sending of information and other concepts in communication processes.
