Kelsey Jans Receipt #: 46268149 AG 101 Prof. Parker 4/10/07 Solving World Hunger Hunger still exists in our world despite the fact that we have benefited from international trade and the concept of comparative advantage. There are many steps that we can take to solve this problem although only three of many solutions stand out to me. The three steps that we can take to help solve this problem are to increase technology with the help of the government, reducing population by enforcing certain population laws and providing education about contraceptives, and by improving transportation for food supply. The amount of technology has increased throughout the centuries although instead of having electronics, computers, etc. as our main focus, we should put more emphasis on the future of technology of Agriculture. The U.S. government should continue to contribute money to Agriculture research and technology as well as helping America contribute our technological ideas to developing countries. Some of the technology that we use today for agricultural purposes are: Tissue Culture, Aquaculture, Green Revolution I ( The achieved development of high-yield grains) (ReVelle Par.34), Green Revolution II

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
