SEXUAL HARASSMENT 2 Should sexual harassment in the workplace be treated equally regardless of the perpetrators gender? In this essay I will be discussing sexual harassment and if it should be treated fairly regardless of the sex of the accused person. For instance some may say that it is not bad if a woman is the one being accused of sexual harassment versus if it were a man. Many think women are incapable of doing such a harsh thing. I personally think that sexual harassment should be treated fairly when it comes to the punishment or outcome of a person who is being accused of sexual harassment regardless of their gender. My position when it comes to sexual harassment in the workplace is that I believe it should not happen. Whoever is being accused should get the same discipline regardless of gender. Sexual harassment should not be condoned regardless of the sex of the person who is being accused. For
