I thought long and hard about what was and is very important to me. I even wrote another full- page proposal with another topic to avoid using what has already been presented. The fact of the matter is this is important so there is no real going around it. In the example for the paper the instructor uses women and mammograms. I thought wow that was a good one too bad I can’t use it. I decided that although already used the reason why I want to use it has yet to be brought up. I am writing my proposal to address issues with preventative measures against the leading cause of death; CANCER! Cancer has become such a terrifying word to many and probably all people. At one time AIDS is what people feared but that soon took a back seat to this evil new bad word. Unlike AIDS where we are aware of how it is contracted and what the preventative measures are. With Cancer, scientist have yet to figure out its cause. I would like to propose that such test that are used to
