Kelsey Jans Political Science Prof.Korey 3/5/07 The California Taxpayers Association The California Taxpayers Association is a group which attempts to protect taxpayers from unnecessary taxes and to promote efficient, quality government services. The California Taxpayers Association serves their members through research and advocacy on significant tax and spending issues in the legislative, executive and judicial branches of government. As well as the California Budget Project, they favor Education and Health over all other government spending categories. In my paper, I will discuss what the California Taxpayers association appears to approve of as a projected budget plan for California’s Education and Healthcare program future. It is estimated that the adopted budget for K12 Education in 2005-2006 was 38.1 billion. The status quo believes that the adopted budget for K12 Education in 2010-2011 should be 46.2 billion. The Taxpayers Association generally favored an adopted budget of 54 billion for K12 Education 2010-2011.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
