Alexis Brown Incident 1 October 3 rd , 2016 M/W 12:30-1:45 Incident 1: These Things Are a Pain 7-15. What weaknesses do you see in Rajiv’s performance appraisals? The weaknesses that I see in Rajiv’s performance are that for starters he gave everyone who was working on the project the same marks. This shows that Rajiv was not very vigilant on the production of the project. While it is possible for everyone in the group to have done the same amount of work to receive the same marks, in this case this case that does not hold true. Rajiv says that one of the workers named Roger had been goofing off during the project, forcing the others to pick up his slack. Even though Roger didn’t do his fair share of the work, Rajiv still gave him high marks like everyone else in the group. He did this because he did not want to engage in confrontation with Roger for giving him bad marks. By doing this Rajiv is encouraging Roger’s behavior and letting him know that he can get away with his mediocre behavior.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
