1. Dave Brandon is responsible for inappropriate violation of safety precautions for student athletes. As a head of the University of Michigan’s athletic department he is responsible for looking after his student athletes, their health and good achievements. He was also negligent regarding Morris’s health condition, which put the player into risk. As an athletic director he needs to be more careful and not to risk students health in the name of the sport and the name of the school. He also didn’t pay attention to details or was not interested enough in his job if he allowed that to happen. Assuming that he was very into winning that game, it is unprofessional to put Morris’s health into risk, knowing that he was already injured and statements like “It was a miscommunication” should not even be put out there, because it is part of his job to be aware of every single detail regarding his job responsibilities.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
