Personality crisisPersonality is what an individual brings to the table. It is what makes others choose to either be around that person or not. It often a significant deciding factor in a job interview or when meeting with board members or any type of professional activity. Personality is something we all, as humans, and even animals have. We can attribute part of our personalities to the living conditions in our childhood, our parents are huge influential factors in our personalities as well, however, the average human handles much of their own personality. When researched in a dictionary, the word; personality means: a set of emotional qualities that one has or attractive qualities in a person. I believe that my personality is strong and ambitious. The first test I decidedto take is on the website called Psych-Central. The second test was on the website 16-Personalities. The first test off Psych-Central is a fifty-question test, the website says that the average person finishes in seven minutes. The webpage said that the tests were like the Myers Briggs (MBTI) and the Jung personality tests, and is based upon an open-source set of personality testing items. “The five factors measured by this test are extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, emotional stability, and intellect/imagination.” This was their five-factor model of personality.
