Dion Smith Jr Professor John Ciraulo BA 107 Human Resources Date: November 20, 2016 There is no I in Team Now more than ever employees seem to very despondent at work. It’s like they are there but they really aren't. As more and more employers are beginning to notice is that the employees that don't seem engaged in their work and actually hurting the business. Being an effective a manger you have to be able to recognize these signs and thane the action to correct them when they arise. Although I am not a manager, I am an employee who cares about the well being of the company. When I do become a manager there are certain steps I would take to ensure that all my employees are giving their all into the company in other words I want them to be engaged. Many people that I have talked to convey to me that they feel as if their managers don't care about them and it’s all about the money.
