L 5 pages of 3x5 cycle log-log paper Purpose: 1.0 The purpose of this lab is to demonstrate how graphical analysis of the Theis equation, also known as the nonequilibrium equation, can be used to analyze drawdowns in observation wells produced by a discharging well. As in lab 6 the focus of this lab will be on the groundwater reservoir in Meridian Township (Figure 1). Problems: 2.0 Preparation of Theis-Equation-Type Curves . Tables containing values of W(u) and u are listed in table 1. Plot the values of W(u) versus u on the 3x5-cycle logarithmic paper provided. Plot the values of W(u) on the y axis and values of u on the x axis. This "type curve", as will be seen below, will be matched
