Constitution: We, the People of Buhisakanunay, beseeching the aid of our Motherland, in order to build an unbiased and humane society and inaugurate a Government that shall encourage the common good, protect and grow our birthright, and fasten to ourselves and our future generations the blessings of liberty and democracy under the rule of law and a leadership of truth, justice, freedom, love, equality, and peace, do appoint and propagate this Constitution. Article 1. National Territory The national territory incorporates the Buhisakanunay archipelago, with all the islands and waters clasped therein, and all other territories over which the Buhisakanunay has supremacy or authority, consisting of its earthly, riverine, and aerial realms, including its territorial sea, the seabed, the gravel, the restricted shelves, and other submarine areas. The waters around, between, and connecting the islands of the archipelago, despite of their width and measurements, form part of the inside waters of Buhisakanunay.
