of these applications must be kept totally isolated from each other and from all other
applications. Both applications will access a centralized database server. What server
configuration solution do you recommend?
Some advantages of using virtual servers including isolating server applications and utilizing
computer resources more efficiently. Therefore, you should create two virtual machines on a
single physical server using Hyper-V and run one of the accounting applications on each virtual
machine. Although the applications will access a centralized database server, the applications
themselves run on the individual virtual machines, keeping them totally isolated.
