Acetone pour les composes organiques insoluble dans l’eau ou le savon Usage d’un detergent ou abrasive pour les substances collantes Sources de chaleur Liquides inflammabes a point d’ebullition bas: Bain de vapeur (100 C): Ebulltion douce Distillation ou reflux: Manchoon chauffant Liquide a point ebulltiojn >80 C: Plaque chauffante Grains de pierre ponce Dans les contenants, il y a des pochettes d’air coincees dans les pores. Lorsqu’il ya un liquid ces pochettes auront une vapeur du liquid Quand la temperature s’eleve, la pression de la vapeur du liquide va s’elever jusqu’a qu’elle soit supperieure a celle de l’exterieur. Des bulle d’air vont monter dans le liquide, et on aura une ebullition reguliere. Si le liquide ne contient pas des pochettes d’air, les bulles ne vont pas se former aisement. La temperauture monte au dessus du point d’ebullltion, le liquide est surchauffe La pression interne excede tres rapidement la pression externe causant une eruption violente a la surface du liquide (Cahotage) Les grains de pierre ponce : Petits morcaux de caborundum poreux et contiennent des pores d’air qui sont site de formation de bulles.
