Executive Summary Pizzaholic (BD) is a start-up Fast-food-retail establishment located in road 11 Banani. Pizzaholic expects to catch the interest of a regular loyal customer base with its broad variety of pizza item and Fast-food products. The company plans to build a strong market position in the town, due to the partners' industry experience and mild competitive climate in the area. The major goal is to offer high quality pizza and Fast-food products at a competitive price to meet the demand of the middle class to higher class local market area residents and tourists. Pizzaholic also aims to be a cornerstone in the community creating a neighborhood atmosphere where customers feel comfortable and become instant regulars. We are sensitive to the often over-looked population of allergy sufferers and cater to their needs for healthy, Pizzaholic goods. We seek fair and responsible profit, enough to keep the company financially healthy for the long term and to fairly compensate owners and investors for their money and risk. The objectives of the Pizzaholic are: To establish a brand image in the eyes of consumer To develop the strong presence in the community needed to support sales goals. Fast foods are a common in our society especially Pizza, Burger, cakes, pastries and other fast- food items, and we intend to manage these baked items in the society. Pizzaholic is incorporated in Dhanmondi as well. It is equally owned and managed by its Four partners. Mr.Kamrul Islam has extensive experience in sales and marketing and also has a great management experience. and Md. Arid Uddin Tishad and Mr. Rafi’s fields brings experience in the area of finance and administration and Md. jahidul islam has a very good experience in the manufacturing field. The company intends to hire eight full-time pastry bakers and three part-time employees to handle customer service and day to day operations. We will manage these Fast-Food productions according to our customers wants at a very reasonable price. History of Business: This is an innovative and new business idea in this market. Providing better quality at a cheaper rate will draw in more consumers and in a short time we can expect the business to flourish. Our target consumer includes the entire Dhaka city, and given the high growth in the demand for pizza and burger, the opportunity is promising. We will start with the market in Banani and from
