It applied scientific reasoning to politics andscience, started having religious tolerance, restored literature, the arts, and music.2.Andros Overthrow; Edmund Andros caused the Boston revolt in April 18, 1689. It wasformed to overthrow him as governor because of the Navigation Acts. He denied existingland titles, restricting town meetings and assigned unwanted official to lead the militia, andpromoted the Church of England.3.Atlantic Slave System; The whole trade system started in the 16thcentury and lasted about 4centuries. Those included in the trade system were America, the Caribbean, Europe, and ofcourse Africa. They did not like that the governor was not taking action toprotect the people from Native American attacks. He also denied father movement to thewest. There was a decrease of tobacco prices and an increase in Europe’s manufacturedgoods. It wasthe increase of demand of consumption and luxury goods and products. It marked thechange of life from scarcity to one of increasingly mass consumption in society. England alsoencouraged exports and discouraged imports.12.Dominion of New England; The Dominion of New England was a province formed in the1686, and enacted until 1689. It included, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire,Vermont, Maine, New York and New Jersey. Edmund Andros was the governor of theprovince and was appointed by the king.13.English Civil War14.English Reformation; This was when the Church of England broke away from the Pope andthe Roman Catholic Church on 1534. He declared that, he only, should have final say inmatters relating to the English church. It all started when Henry XIII wanted to divorce hiswife but the Catholic Church said no.
