Xiaoying You Z5014440 Executive Summary There are some analyses on the issues provided by this report that about the designers who is based on selling their online advertisements design to businesses that place advertisement on social media sites for the company which called AdVantage. To determine is there any of the four designers performing under those who ranged in same level by comparing designers and the click-through rate. Show the difference and effects of the type of product being advertised. Make sure all advertisements of AdVantage can receive at least a 3% click-through rate that gets put to market by using the hypothesis test. Analysis which social media sites can much more click through, Facebook or Twitter, so that can make decision on charging prices. The results are: Through the click-through rate, there is few designers’ level of contribution lower than that relative to their peers. The click-through rate on product2 which is the advertisements about charity are higher than other types of product. For AdVantage, the click-through rate of all advertisement did at least 3% Just like what owner-operator of AdVantage , Arnold Valenzuela said, the click-through rate of Twitter is higher than Facebook. Thus, the company can change the price structure for those style of advertisement is charity and those which post to Twitter. 1

Therefore, from table1, it can be seen that all the numbers of clicks and views are positive so they have a positive relation and it can also be seen from figure1.
