ARCHITECT FRAMEWORK 2 Abstract The Architecture frameworks are the approaches used in architecture type of modeling. They give a structured and systematic mechanism to designing of the systems. In the recent times there has been a low or a little analysis of their functionalities in the whole system and the software engineering and they are considered to be very satisfactory. This study provides an in- depth evaluation of the open group architecture framework (TOGAF) and OMB federal enterprise architecture framework (FEAF), and to give a comparison of the two frameworks, their usefulness, strengths and weaknesses. It signifies the two classes of the architecture and pinpoints some of their deficiencies. To get rid of these weaknesses, it is advisable to use a cost benefits and access the risky of the architect. The comparison between the two frameworks is made and their weaknesses and the strengths also are discussed in this study. In this paper, we shall discuss in detail the above two architecture. They are commonly used as an instrument for improving business and the computer technology in various organizations. Introduction According to Garland and Shaw, software architecture deals with the issues beyond algorithms and also the data structures of computation. Architecture frameworks are approaches used in architecture modelling ( Sessions, R. (2007).) . These methods provide a well-structured and organized to designing systems. Architecture is a major role-player in the evolution of information systems. Enterprise architecture frameworks were made to make the enterprise architecture process easy and to lead an architect through all areas of architect development. This paper seeks to give an in-depth evaluation of the open group architecture framework (TOGAF)
ARCHITECT FRAMEWORK 3 and OMB federal enterprise architecture framework (FEAF), and to give a comparison of the two frameworks, their usefulness, strengths and weaknesses. The open group architecture framework (TOGAF) The open group architecture framework can be an approach for enterprise architecture that can provide a procedural method for planning, designing implementing as well as governing an enterprise data. It provides two different definitions of architecture: first, it refers architecture as a formal explanation of a system or a very detailed plan of the system at the component level to give the guidelines of the process of its implementation. Secondly, it defines architecture as the structure of components as well as their inter relationship, the principle and guidelines governing they evaluation and designs over time ( Land, et al 2009).
