No twopeople learn precisely in equal ways. However, not many teachers in life understand this truth. A fair portion of these people will refuse to be lenient with those that aren’t strong in their specific teaching method. The fact is that teachers, mentors, and parents alike need to take into consideration that everyone may learn in significantly diverse ways. In ‘Caught Between Two Worlds’, Robert Lake (Medicine Grizzlybear) writes to his son’s teacher. He begins to explain in detail how Wind-Wolf is a fantastic learner, and how he finds it unfair that his child has been labeled as a ‘slow learner’. Later he pleads to the teacher to have patience, as Wind-Wolf is not accustomed to the teaching method used in the classroom. These statements can be used to support a simple fact: everyone learns differently.
