[5 points]Name at least 4 internal components(entire set of registers(except PC) counts as 1) of a Central Processing Unit and briefly describe them(what are they supposed to do).2.[5 points] Somebody did a little upgrade on his computer. The machine had been equipped with 4GB memory before and he replaced it with 2 * 8GB memory sticks.
