1. Briefly discuss the MyFitnessPal log. What are some components that stuck out to you? I really like how I can choose to have it log my steps from my phone every day, so that it can make a calorie adjustment to my log to account for that exercise. 2. List the five components of Physical fitness. Then briefly describe the FITT principle. Cardiorespiratory fitness, Muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition. FIIT stands for frequency (number of times per week engaging in activity), intensity (how hard the workouts are), time (the duration), and type (which component of physical fitness will the worked on). This can be used to improve physical fitness by combining them to plan your workouts. 3. Based on your recorded activities, what is your average caloric expenditure? How many minutes per day did you spend being physically active? My average for the 3 three days was 143.3 calories. I didn’t spend that long, I just used my steps so it was throughout the day.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
