Requirements Document 1.0 INTRODUCTION 1.1 Purpose The purpose of this document is to define the new functions & user requirements for the Timekeeping system . The participants for the preparation of this document are currently enrolled in the following class and include: Class Name: IS-581 Session: First Group Member1: IT Group Member2: Project Manager Other1: Engineers Other2: Accountant The Requirements Analysis Document serves as the primary baseline from which the project will be developed and any modifications. 1.2 Background 1. A Joint Requirement Planning (JRP) session was held that included the project sponsor, the company engineers and their managers, and financial department manager, and the IT representative for this project facilitated by the system analyst and project manager. The JRP session was used to develop ideas in support of improving the current attendance processes.
