Report: COBRA BEER CORPORATION43.IntroductionCobra Beer Company manufactures a brand of beer termed as Indian and is produced inChina and United Kingdom. Its product is mainly a premium beer which is extra smooth and hasan alcohol content of four point eight percent (4.8) volume. The founders of this beer are ReddyArjun and Bilimoria Karan who believed that there was a need to provide citizens of Britain witha lager less gassy and smoother that would be appealing to both lager and ale drinkers. The beeris believed to have been founded in the year 1989 by Bilimoria Karan who was at that timetwenty-seven years old with a debt of 20,000 pounds. Karan is a law graduate from Cambridgeand an accountant who is chartered and he argued the lager previously available was verybloating, harsh and also too fizzy meaning one could not drink or eat as much as one cold havewished. For the ale, he argued it was bitter and heavy with food. The original name intended wasPanther which was later replaced with the cobra as it was found to be appealing more ascompared with the previous one.
