Original Case Study Donna presented with shortness of breath, with exertion, black outs with little to no warning, and has a family history of coronary disease. The list of medications which the patient uses includes, Warfarin (blood thinner), Metoprolol (beta blocker), and Sertraline (PTSD). Past surgeries include an aortic valve replacement and a pacemaker insertion. Donna has been experiencing back pain , constipation, and recurrent infections . Alongside this the patient displayed a mild fever upon the day of examination with some fatigue . Within the past six months the patient has been hospitalized for a fracture in the T3 and T4 section of the spine . The patient has also lost some weight since her last visit to her physician. A CBC (Complete Blood Count) was ordered which showed low white blood cell counts and low red
