What was the status of coastal water quality as it pertains to coastal ocean ecosystem health prior to the disaster and what are the major new or increased concerns following the disaster? There will be 4 teams with approximately 4 persons per team. The report and presentation you generate is expected to be comprehensive, original, deep and synthetic.
