Reac is 50 Ohms Bias: Set the collector voltage at 5 V, the emitter voltage at 2 V. The DC collector current is to be 1 mA. Pick Rb2 so that the DC current through it is 20 times the base current. a) Give all resistor values b) Find the small signal Vout/Vin, Vin/Vgen and Vout/Vgen c) Find the amplifier input and output impedance d) Find the maximum positive-going and negative going outputs. Rd RL Rgen Rg1 Rg2 Rs Vdd 2. Common source amplifier with source degeneration. The NMOS FET has 1.2 nm oxide thickness, 250 nm gate length, and a 0.5 V threshold. Mobility is 400 cm^2/(V- s). 1/lambda is 15 V. Use a constant- mobility model. The supply is 2.5 Volts. Pick Rs, Rd, and Wg so that the drain is biased at 1.5 V, the source at 0.5 V, and the drain current is 1 mA. Rg1 and Rg2 are to be picked so as to get a
