Use examples from vocabulary, syntax, or grammar to support your answer. The vocabulary of a cultures language/s are elaborated by what is considered adaptively important to that specific culture[Fer13]. There is a close relationship between language and culture. Despite this close connection between the two, it is notan absolute[Fer13]. As an example, there are vast numbers of industrial and technological terms used in the United States. Words like fuel injector, email, website, backhoe, or router, are difficult terms to translate due in part to our emphasis on technology (Ferraro & Briody, 2013). These are great examples of how the specifics of one’s language is the direct reflection of one’s culture.2.Some argue using new technologies such as e-mail and texting will lead to more informed and engaged business people. Others feel that the new forms of communication will lead to more superficial communication and more easily manipulated people. Do you think using new technologies will help aviation managers manage and maintain cultural innovation? State your position clearly and provide support with specific examples.
