Week 1 #2 : System Analyst have multiple roles/tasks that impact their productivity to the business. They must study the problem, gather requirements, design or implement systems for the company. System analyst typically are secure factors to connecting all people involved with the systems. System analyst research then review the current functionality and processes to ensure the system is operating as expected. System Analyst have the last overview to implement and execute certain system changes to the businesses approval. System Analyst should posses ideal decision making, troubleshooting, critical thinking, and communication skills. Companies typically desire system analyst who have knowledge of courses focusing on testing requirements, computer software, decision making , and business negotiations/communications. Knowledge of basic programming management and time management skills. Courses such as Computer Concepts, Software Structures, and Information System Policy would amplify the problem solving skills of a system analyst. Week 2 #2: If I were the analyst for ABC company I would use the methodology of throwaway prototyping. To develop a brand new system within a company a lot of details and essentials are needed. Especially if it is to be used by numerous consultants of all levels of experience worldwide. Typically, countries have discrete software and IT systems. I would propose the new IT system/software be developed on a mobile app platform or web server for easier accessibility. With mobile apps and web access you can update or change the language or coding when need be . Also, when the system is ready to be implemented or go live it can be done by one source. Have various types of promotions and free trials. Allow users/testers to give honest feedback on the different betas and versions of the new system. This will help receive a vast amount of feedback from user with consultant expertise about the pros and cons of the upcoming ABC company system.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
