HEALTHCARE CEO of Southside HMO The health care organizations must ensure that all patients are receiving the high-quality of care in spite of their financial and ethical backgrounds. In some cases the ethical responsibility is not fulfilled, this can cause or lead to aspect that may lead to negative legal implications. This essay provides strategies and recommendations to look into the complaints and identify strategies to make sure that quality management initiatives are in place, as well as ensure that quality healthcare services are provided to all members (Taylor, 2010). The first strategy is to ensure that an effective team comprising of competent members who can look critically into all these issues is implemented. The lack of effective leadership has been shown to contribute significantly to decreased observance of health care ethics. Strong management ensures that strategies are developed to facilitate the involvement of individual care providers in service delivery. This team shall look into and address all issues associated with mishandling of patient in the health care facilities.
