Be advised that, given the size of the two sections of this course, it is impossible for me to answer trivial administrative questions or to repeat things said in class. You are encouraged first to contact your TA and only contact me if his/her answer is not satisfactory. If you need to communicate urgently with me it is better that you come to my office hours or to schedule an appointment with me. Office hours are held every Tuesday from 1pm to 3pm at SS6428 and at any other time by appointment. Office hours are meant, in general, for people who attend lectures AND discussions. Neither the instructor not the TA’s are meant to give private lessons to students who decide not to come to class. Structure and grading of the course
