4 I. Executive Summary In our busy lives, in between work, home, kids and many other responsibilities, it just seems increasingly difficult to take care of ourselves. We seem to ignore the fact that our bodies are worn out by this daily activity and by not allowing it to relax and rejuvenate its strength we do not take care of our bodies as we should. The shower was once a place where the body could take the time to relax and either relieve the stresses from the day or awaken and prepare for the new day. In today’s world however, most people cut their showers short due to the ever increasing demands on their time and are unable to benefit from the showers relaxing properties, therefore, to combat the shrinking amount of time most people spend in the shower, the relaxing and rejuvenating effects of the shower must be increased. Increasing the effectiveness of the showers ability to relax and rejuvenate the body is
