If you do not know where this is, please see your T.A. If you do not sit in the assigned area, your T.A. may mark you as absent. • Print and code both your name and 10-digit affiliate ID on the Scantron sheet. The affiliate ID is the second sequence of numbers on your University ID card. It will completely fill the ID box on your Scantron form. • Write your name, section number, and TA name on the cover sheet of your exam booklet so we can return it to you. • IMPORTANT: Be sure the color in the upper left corner of your Scantron matches the color of your exam. If it does not, your exam will be graded with the wrong key. For most people, this is bad… • Use only a #2 pencil. Do not use pens, crayons, motor oil, or grape juice. • Do all calculations on the exam pages. Do not make any unnecessary marks on the answer sheet. • This exam consists of 25 multiple-choice questions worth 4 points each. There are 9 total pages (including the cover sheets & periodic table). Make sure you have all the pages you’re supposed to. • Choose the one best answer to each of the questions and mark your selection on the Scantron sheet. Read all responses before making a selection.
