Introduction: Overview of the History of the Malaysian Airlines: On 1937, 12 October, Malaysian Airlines was established from the steamship of Singapore and two of British companies one was airways company. On April 1947, (MAL) Malayan airways Limited became national airline of Malaya and had been flown to the Malaysian skies. Therefore, in less than a decade, Malaysian Airways Limited had successfully became a major player in international airlines. In 1973, MAL was renamed as (MSA) Malaysian Singapore Airlines when it became a binational airlines. Within the time goes, the airline was developed dramatically and flew to new routes to Europe cities and Asian Cities. In 1973, the stakeholders went separate ways which had led to the formation (MAS) Malaysian Airlines which continued servicing the country till today. MAS had received a notable recognitions, it was by Skytrax UK consecutively 'World's Best Cabin Crew' from 2001 until 2004, plus, '5-star Airline in 2005 and 2006. Literature Review: The 12 keys elements of Malaysian Airlines Recovery plan over these 4 categories: 1) Governance and financial framework: A) Creation of a new legal entity to house NewCo, delist and relist: MAS is together owned by using Khazanah (69.4%) and a fragmented institution of minority- interest shareholders (30.6%).
