1.3 Aim and Learning Outcomes Aim: The aim of the course is to introduce the students to the broader view of IT service management practice in the context of service science. On successful completion of this paper, students will be able to: Understand different aspect of IT service, Lean IT and IT service architecture . Critical analysis of the concept of value Chains , pattern for the IT processes, Functions and IT lifecycles. Be familiar with a range of IT Supporting system architecture. IT service Configuration and Change managements processes. To ensure that students know some characteristic properties of general pattern for IT portfolio management and IT service in the context of service science.
