Robyn Fong BUS 156 Professor J. Scott Burd February 20, 2017 #3 Insight & Action Through analyzing my one of my own personality types, idealistic, and the idealistic type of my peers, I have learned that idealistic types are emotionally based, passionate, and motivated. They are second to the will type in terms of leadership. Emotionally, idealistic types are intense and enthusiastic, but tend to be narrow-minded and aggressive. When reviewing the levels and characteristics of idealistic types, I believe that it truly defines who I am. They work extremely well with others, especially as a leader, but will not do the actual work, just motivating. An example of that is myself, being a cloud thinker and constantly worrying about the future. Some career examples of a idealistic type are promoters, volunteers, and visionaries. Relating these careers to my idealistic type, I reflect back into my past and have done a lot of volunteer work.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
