Robyn Fong BUS 156 Professor J. Scott Burd January 26, 2017 #1 Insight & Action Through analyzing my own will type, and my peers who also obtain the will type personality, I have learned that it is almost impossible to take control of a will type. Will types are natural born leader, whether it be amongst making their own decisions or leading a group of others. Some career examples of a will type are political leaders or chief executive officers. In my sorority at UC Riverside, our chapter advisor, the woman that oversees our chapter and reports to our national foundation, is an extreme will type. She has been a teacher for multiple grades and opens up her home to study abroad students. Working with her at times is sometimes difficult because of the fact that she is a will type. After discussing in class the steps to further cooperate with will types, I have learned that once you step back and let them take control it is much easier to complete things, especially in group settings. She is very vocal and always needs to add her opinion, and utilizes one-way
