Robyn Fong BUS 156 Professor J. Scott Burd January 18, 2017 Paper 1 - Holt Review The Holt Test outcome describes my type as love, will, and ideal respectfully. When I initially took the test, I predicted I would excel in love, organizer, and active but the test results describe by type differently. After analyzing and studying the deeper levels of each type that defines me, I now have a better understanding of the way I function, perceive things, and react to my surroundings on day-to-day basis. Utilizing this test is crucial, especially in the business world, because it can help us master our own skills as well as comprehend how we can function to our fullest capability. Throughout my entire life, I’ve always been the type to put myself above others in terms of control and leadership, whether that is in my church fellowship group, amongst my childhood friends, girl scout troop, study abroad program, and currently the Public Relations Vice President in my sorority at UCR. This clearly defines where my will type roots from. I tend to act as a born leader, but only in things I am very confident I can excel in. It is usually my way or the highway especially when it comes to things that I personally plan. Usually I feel frantic and over-stress
