Building a Health History I will choose “76-year-old Black/African-American male with disabilities living in an urban setting”. Interview and Communication Technique As a clinician, my role to take when building a health history is by using a good communication technique. To build a history is one of the necessary steps to take in relation with patients is providing a good healthcare to patients. For a health care provider to be successful in this process, effective communication is the main aim key. The focus of this paper is on 76-year-old Black/African-American male with disabilities living in an urban setting.
