College and higher education may not be for everyone, and our students come from many different walks of life. They all have different motivations to what brought them here to us. From the moment we meet them they are very nervous and possibly unwilling to give us their opinion  on certain topics. As the time passes by they begin to open up and start believing that they see  themselves as the keeper of the knowledge. Students have a small understanding of others, and it  shows when they come from a rural setting to a larger urban setting. New experiences, the new  friend, new foes and new opinions of how they fit in and what will their place be in this world in  the future.  The students I currently have ranged in age from 17 – 54 and last semester I had a 68- year-old lady who was in my class. Have my feelings or perceptions changed since taking this  course? I would like to say they have. I will look at my students a bit differently when they start

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

I cannot even describe how much Course Hero helped me this summer. It’s truly become something I can always rely on and help me. In the end, I was not only able to survive summer classes, but I was able to thrive thanks to Course Hero.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
