The Chinese culture believes that their history extends as far back as 5000 years, with the agriculture findings stemming back as far as the Shang Dynasty dating back to 1600 BCE. China had several major key Dynasty’s that forever set the stage for China’s overall development. The Qin Dynasty became the most powerful, unifying all China under one Empire. It also brought about first Emperor, setting the stage for laws, measurement, and China’s first writing system that doesn’t exist today. Qin began developing throughout China, raising taxes, setting tariffs, and massive construction including the first great wall. Under the Han Dynasty, we get a real first glimpse of what bureaucracy looked like, as it would set the blueprint for all of China’s future governmental structure. Sui Dynasty (589-618) was the shortest Dynasty, but is known as the pinnacle of Chinese civilization, unifying all of China into its First Golden Age. After over 400 years of division, the
